As part of our commitment to empowering emerging talent in architecture and design, Nesma & Partners participated in the AL Marasm Award Event, hosted by the Architecture and Design Commission (ADC) on January 16-17, 2025, in Riyadh. The event celebrated exceptional graduation projects in disciplines such as Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban Design and Planning, Interior Design, Graphic Design, and Industrial Design.
The award aims to encourage academic excellence by celebrating outstanding student projects and fostering innovation within the architecture and design fields. It also creates networking opportunities, supporting the professional growth of emerging designers and architects across the nation.
Nesma & Partners’ participation in this prestigious event, organized by our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team, highlighted the company’s ongoing support for local talent development. In the Career Development Area, Engineering Department experts Akram ElSeabi and Bara’a Meemesh provided informal career consultations to recent graduates at the Café with Experts, offering valuable insights and practical advice for aspiring professionals in architecture and design.
The HR Department also engaged in the career fair, showcasing Nesma & Partners’ leadership in the construction industry, and introducing attendees to various career opportunities within the organization. Participants were guided on how to apply for roles through the company’s official website. The event’s career fair featured 16 prominent employers and training organizations, providing graduates with opportunities to explore career paths and engage with industry representatives. Additionally, workshops, panel discussions, and activities were designed to inspire creativity and innovation among participants.
