Nesma Contracting Limited is owned by Nesma Company, a robust business portfolio across multiple sectors in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Egypt. In August 2023, Nesma & Partners announced the acquisition of Kent.
Kent is a privately owned international integrated energy services partner backed by Bluewater. Founded in 1919 as a small family company in Ireland, Kent is now a 13,000-strong client-centric global business. It delivers sustainable and innovative engineering services and project delivery solutions for the oil and gas, chemical, renewables, and low-carbon industries across six continents.

NesmaKent
An International Joint Venture with Kent PLC, a subsidiary of Nesma & Partners, and a local Saudi company Nesma Kent supports the execution of Saudi Aramco’s EPC projects within the industrial sector.
In addition, the partnership will undertake to develop new capabilities in engineering, procurement, and construction services in the KSA relating to carbon capture, blue hydrogen, and blue ammonia technologies.
