Scope: Partnership between NAP Joint Venture (Nesma & Partners and Al-Mabani). Scope of work includes a 3,700 meter runway, a seaplane runway and parallel & link taxiways. Additionally, the project covers pavement works, the airport’s aeronautical navigational aids, aerodrome ground lighting, airside utilities, in addition to all roads and associated buildings.

Riyadh Metro Project – Orange Line 3

Scope: Partnership between “ArRiyadh New Mobility”, a consortium formed by WeBuild, Bombardier Transportation Ltd, Larsen & Toubro, Nesma & Partners, Hyder Consulting, Worley Parsons Arabia, and IDOM. Design and construction of Package 2 of the Riyadh Metro Project, comprised of Line 3, also known as the Orange line, including 41.8km of metro, 22 stations, 2 train maintenance depots and 47 rolling stock trains. Nesma & Partners was responsible for the complete construction of underground stations, MEP work, and above ground stations.

Ashar Valley Electrification

Scope: Design and build of a power generation plant and back-up power supply system to energize the Ashar Valley. The scope included the power plant building, security guard house building, SEC Room and underground diesel tanks.
New Executive Lounge and Main Terminal Upgrade – Al Ula Airport
