Our President and CEO, Samer Abdul Samad, topped Construction Week's POWER 150 list, which recognizes the most influential figures in the industry in 2024. Under his leadership, we achieved significant milestones in strategic acquisitions, joint ventures, safety, and digital transformation.
Nesma & Partners has achieved remarkable success under his leadership. The company's strategic acquisition of Kent, a leader in energy sector engineering, and a joint venture with Sicim for Saudi Aramco's pipeline projects have enhanced their capabilities and market positioning. N&P's commitment to safety, over 125 million safe manhours, and innovative digital transformation initiatives underscore its dedication to excellence.
Our company has also completed several high-profile projects, including the Red Sea Airport Airside, Samhan Carpark, and the MIP Onshore Water Injection Package 07. We also made significant progress on projects like SANG Specialized Hospitals and NEOM Staff Accommodation Villages.
The design and build of The Avenues Riyadh-Phase 1 Mall saw notable achievements, including 40.5% pouring over 1,000,000 m3 of concrete and achieving an open Pour of 13,700 m3 within 37 hours. The MASAR KAAR Project in Makkah is also advancing. It addresses congestion in the Holy City of Makkah and facilitates religious tourism by providing access to pilgrims.
Our company’s robust portfolio includes the King Salman Park project, its extensive utilities and landscaping work, and the Riyadh Metro's Line 3, featuring 22 stations and advanced E&M equipment. The company has also undertaken significant projects for Saudi Arabia's infrastructure development, such as the King Faisal Air Academy and King Salman Airbase, as well as various infrastructure and building projects in NEOM.
Nesma & Partners' CSR initiatives have substantially impacted, including renovating 140 homes through long-term collaborations and training over 44,000 Saudi youth through the Nesma High Training Institute’s various training programs.
