During the forum, Abdulaziz Alakeel, our procurement expert, shared valuable insights into the ‘Mandatory List Compliance in Purchasing’, offering practical guidance practical guidance on this essential procurement process. In another session, Talal Alyami and Hamad Altamimi addressed the ‘Challenges in Reporting Construction Projects' LC Score,’ presenting actionable strategies to enhance compliance and achieve improved results.


Hassan Al-Momen, our Localization Analyst, highlighted our partnerships with King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and King Saud University, focused on research, talent development, and innovation in the construction sector.


The forum marked the signing of an MoU between Nesma & Partners and Qassim University to promote sustainable contracting, foster local talent, and drive knowledge sharing through initiatives like research chairs aimed at academic excellence.


Serge Marashlian, Vice President of Project Controls, participated as a panelist, emphasizing the importance of public-private collaboration and sharing success stories from Nesma & Partners. Additionally, Rami Alturki, Managing Director and Chairman of the Executive Committee attended a private meeting with His Excellency Bandar Alkhorayef, Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, to discuss local content trends and strategies aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.
