Nesma & Partners strives to build sustainable projects in collaboration with its stakeholders to support Saudi Vision 2030.


As part of Nesma & Partners’ local supplier development program, we continually optimize the relationships for mutual benefit, focusing on continuous improvement to maximize supplier performance. 


All vendors and subcontractors who wish to partner with us in building excellence are encouraged to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI).


Step 1: Vendor Registration

After submitting the EOI, Nesma & Partners will review your request and check your company profile and commercial registration to see if you meet the requirements. If you do, you will receive your credentials via email to complete the registration process. At this point, you will also have limited access to Vendo360 to track your application. Full access to the Vendor360 portal will be granted when your registration process is completed.

Note: If your submission does not meet the requirements, your request will be rejected, and you will not be able to access the Vendor360 portal.

Step 2: Access the Vendor360 Portal

Vendor360 is our digital portal designed to centralize and streamline all vendor-related information. It offers a comprehensive platform that brings all your vendor management tasks under one roof, making it convenient and efficient to manage your general information, invoices, payments, statements of accounts, profile updates, subcontract agreements, and rental agreements.
