Samer Abdul Samad Named Among the Middle East's Top Construction Leaders in The Power 150 List 2026
Eng. Samer Abdul Samad, President & CEO of Nesma & Partners, has been recognized among the Middle East’s leading construction executives in Construction Week Middle East’s Power 150 List 2026, one of the region’s most respected rankings honoring leaders shaping the future of the construction industry.
The recognition comes as Saudi Arabia continues to deliver some of the world’s most ambitious development programs and reflects Samer’s leadership in strengthening Nesma & Partners’ position as one of the Kingdom’s leading contractors, driving strategic growth while supporting the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
Over the past five years, Nesma & Partners has delivered major milestones across infrastructure, energy, transportation, and urban development. Key achievements include the early completion of Diriyah’s Al Zallal Project, the successful delivery of the Marjan Increment Program, and the execution of 750 wellhead facilities and nearly 1,800 kilometers of pipeline under the Onshore Maintain Potential Program. The company has also secured landmark projects, including the Qiddiya Performing Arts Centre, the Riyadh Metro Line 2 Extension, and the Prince Turki Alawal Road and Prince Mishal Road projects with the Royal Commission for Riyadh City.
Under Samer’s leadership, the company has also accelerated its digital transformation through the adoption of AI-enabled project governance, predictive maintenance technologies, ERP modernization, and integrated supply chain systems, strengthening operational efficiency and project delivery capabilities.
