Riyadh, May 11, 2025 – Nesma & Partners, the Kingdom’s leading contracting company, is proud to serve as the main contractor for the ongoing construction of the King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center (KAPSARC) School of Public Policy (KSPP)—Saudi Arabia’s first institution dedicated to graduate studies and executive education in public policy.

The KSPP reflects the Kingdom’s vision for supporting future policy leaders and advancing human capital. Its mission aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and Nesma & Partners’ ongoing role in delivering transformative projects. Spanning a built-up area of over 20,000 square meters, the project scope includes structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and landscape works, in addition to critical underground utilities and infrastructure.

To ensure efficiency, Nesma & Partners employs a phased construction methodology, dividing the site into defined work zones. This approach allows for precise resource management, optimizes workflow, and ensures timely project completion. A just-in-time logistics model reduces on-site storage and waste while ensuring materials are delivered when needed. Our mobilization strategy prioritizes skilled workforce deployment and the recruitment of local talent, reinforcing national capacity-building objectives. All personnel undergo rigorous safety training in alignment with KAPSARC’s high standards, ensuring smooth and incident-free operations. 

Environmental stewardship is embedded in the construction process. Nesma & Partners implements a comprehensive waste management plan to segregate, recycle, and dispose of materials responsibly, meeting and exceeding industry sustainability benchmarks. Landscaping efforts combine functionality and aesthetics, incorporating green spaces and structural elements that enhance the learning environment and contribute to a welcoming academic setting. Effective interface management remains a cornerstone of the project’s success. Close coordination with KAPSARC, proactive communication with subcontractors, and alignment with local authorities ensure smooth execution and full regulatory compliance.
