Nesma & Partners marked an important milestone with the graduation of 60 employees from the Maharat associate diploma program, delivered at Nesma High Training Institute, following the rigorous Maharat program approach and curricula. The graduation ceremony was attended by 84 participants, including Maharat, Nesma & Partners, NOCN and graduates.

Maharat Construction Training Center is a vocational center offering diploma programs in welding, electrical, pipefitting, instrumentation, safety, scaffolding and civil construction. Nesma & Partners maintains a strategic partnership with Maharat, strengthened by a Memorandum of Understanding that reinforces both organizations’ commitment to advancing the construction sector.

Graduates completed specialized training in pipefitting, electrical, scaffolding, instrumentation, and construction safety, equipping them with practical capabilities that support safe project execution and operational efficiency.

By enabling employees to obtain accredited technical qualifications, Nesma & Partners continues to strengthen workforce capability while supporting national objectives for skills development and Saudization.

The graduates are now positioned to contribute across ongoing and future projects, reinforcing the company’s focus on quality, safety, and long-term operational performance.
