Over the past three years, a corporate venture platform has been quietly building momentum within Nesma & Partners, the leading integrated projects solutions company in Saudi Arabia. That platform is Imad Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of Nesma & Partners, and it is now operating publicly.

Initiated in 2023, formally established in 2024, and investing since 2025, Imad Ventures was created to accelerate the development and adoption of transformative technologies across the construction industry. Operating from Riyadh, the firm invests globally in Pre-Seed, Seed, and Series A construction technology companies across the entire construction value chain. Nesma & Partners Group is the sole limited partner.
