Empowering Women in Engineering: Nesma & Partners Signs MoU with PNU
Nesma & Partners has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University (PNU) – College of Engineering, reinforcing its commitment to advancing applied research, innovation, and national talent development. The MoU was signed at the Private Sector Forum by Mr. Rami Alturki, Chairman of the Board of Nesma & Partners, and Prof. Hanan Abdullah Ben Mengash, Dean of the College of Engineering at PNU.
The agreement establishes a structured framework for collaboration across academic, scientific, research, training, and developmental fields. It focuses on exchanging expertise and supporting initiatives such as student training, employment of fresh graduates, and joint research in construction, supply chain, robotics, smart materials, artificial intelligence, and sustainability. The partnership also enables access to PNU’s laboratories and resources, strengthening the link between academic research and industry application.
A central milestone of the MoU is the formal establishment of a dedicated Nesma & Partners Research Chair at PNU’s College of Engineering. The Chair will support specialized, localized research while contributing to the development of future-ready solutions aligned with the Kingdom’s infrastructure and industrial priorities.

The agreement further expands Nesma & Partners’ growing network of academic collaborations with leading institutions, including King Saud University, Columbia University, and Qassim University, reinforcing the company’s role as a trusted partner in national development, innovation, and human capital advancement.
