Building the Next Generation of Saudi Engineers
Nesma & Partners’ Training & Development team collaborated with Azm Academy to deliver the Azm Site Engineer Program for 22 Saudi fresh graduate engineers. Following the successful completion of the program, the engineers joined Nesma & Partners as employees and began their professional roles across the company.
Over 26 weeks, the program combined theoretical learning with practical on-site training, equipping participants with the technical knowledge and applied skills required for construction site roles. The combination of structured learning and hands-on experience gave the engineers a practical foundation for their transition into the workplace.
The engineers were recognized at the Azm Academy Graduation Ceremony on July 26, 2026, marking the completion of their development journey. The program forms part of Nesma & Partners’ participation as an inaugural industry partner in the PIF-led Azm Program, announced in 2025, bringing together industry and education to support the development of Saudi engineering talent.
The program reflects Nesma & Partners’ commitment to creating clear pathways for Saudi graduates to enter the construction industry and build their careers through direct experience within the business.
