Bridging Generations: Nesma & Partners Launches Reverse Mentorship Program
In a strategic move to blend experience with innovation, Nesma & Partners recently launched its distinctive annual Reverse Mentorship Program. The initiative reflects the vision of President & CEO Samer Abdul Samad to foster mutual learning and cross-generational collaboration, honoring the legacy of long-serving senior leaders while embracing the fresh perspectives and creativity of emerging talent.
Moving beyond traditional one-on-one formats, the program centered on a single, highly interactive event designed to bridge generational gaps, enhance innovation, and support diversity and inclusion. Highlights included a fireside chat with Chairman Rami Alturki, Bridging Generations: Innovation through Inclusion, where he emphasized the value of generational collaboration, youth empowerment, and the impact of the Shabab Mujtamaie Foundation.
A dynamic panel, Reverse the Roles, Multiply the Impact, featured President & CEO Samer Abdul Samad, senior leader Bushra Abu-Salem, Governance Affairs Director & Board Secretary of Nesma & Partners, Youth Council President Salsabeel Alsultan, and young employee Sultan Aldhafiri. Bushra shared how Nesma & Partners has empowered her, Salsabeel provided insights from the youth perspective, and Sultan reflected on the experience of the younger generation. Together, they explored how reversing mentorship roles fosters learning, collaboration, and amplifies organizational impact.
The day concluded with an expert-led interactive workshop, where participants addressed real workplace challenges, stepped outside their comfort zones, cultivated positive thinking, embraced change, and co-created practical solutions. By fostering dialogue, collaboration, and mutual respect, the Reverse Mentorship Program strengthens Nesma & Partners’ culture and ensures every voice contributes to the company’s and the Kingdom’s future.
