Nesma & Partners Joins PIF’s azm Program to Strengthen Workforce Readiness
Nesma & Partners, one of Saudi Arabia’s premier integrated project solutions providers, proudly announced its role as an inaugural partner in the Public Investment Fund’s (PIF) azm Program. The official signing ceremony, attended by Rami Alturki, Chairman of Nesma & Partners, and Housam Ibrahim-Basha, Vice President and Chief Support Services Officer, marked a significant milestone in advancing Saudi talent development and workforce readiness in alignment with Vision 2030.
This partnership exemplifies a strong alliance between the government and the private sector aimed at empowering young Saudis with essential skills while creating clear, sustainable pathways to meaningful employment. Demonstrating its commitment, Nesma & Partners will onboard 30 Saudi graduates from the inaugural cohort of Construction Project Management Associates and Site Engineers, commencing in the fourth quarter of 2025. These participants will be employed from the outset of their training, actively advancing the Kingdom’s Saudization objectives and contributing to the national workforce development.
