Nesma & Partners Collaborates with Saudi Contractors at KAPSARC Project
Nesma & Partners’ Subcontract Management Department has partnered with an emerging Saudi contracting company that participated in the Saudi Contracting Pioneers Initiative with Tarmeem, providing them with a project opportunity to gain experience and grow as a fully capable Saudi contracting company. The company will now contribute to the KAPSARC project in Riyadh, supporting the realization of a landmark project of national importance.
The Saudi Contracting Pioneers Initiative empowers contractors by strengthening technical skills, project execution, and professional standards. Through workshops, practical training, and assessments, the program prepares participants to deliver high-quality, sustainable results while fostering growth within the Kingdom’s construction industry. Our engagement with Tarmeem subcontractors extends beyond project delivery; we are committed to supporting their development and creating a positive social impact aligned with Nesma & Partners’ vision.
The milestone provides the company with experience in key areas of KAPSARC. Through this partnership, Nesma & Partners develops local talent, elevates construction standards, and generates lasting socio-economic impact, strengthening communities and enhancing sector resilience. As the first of many planned partnerships with Tarmeem companies, the agreement provides opportunities for continued professional growth and industry experience. It aligns with the vision and guidance of our Chairman, Rami Alturki, to support the advancement of these companies.
Since its launch in 2023, the Saudi Contracting Pioneers Initiative has supported 35 emerging Saudi contracting companies through Tarmeem house renovation projects and delivered workshops to enhance technical and managerial skills. Engaging contractors on projects like KAPSARC allows Nesma & Partners to combine high-quality performance with local talent development, ensuring both excellence in outcomes and sustainable impact across the Kingdom.
